These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ContestPro, a livestock judging contest scoring platform operated by Raypoint Innovations LLC ("ContestPro," "we," "us," or "our"), based in Minnesota. By creating an account or using ContestPro, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old to create a ContestPro account. ContestPro is designed for coaches, contest organizers, and secretaries — adults who administer judging contests and workouts. Contestant information (such as a student's name, grade, age, or division) may be entered into the platform by a coach or organizer on behalf of a contestant, including minors. By entering a minor's information, you represent that you are their coach, parent, guardian, or otherwise authorized to submit that information on their behalf.
You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to keep it up to date. We may require email verification before granting full access to the platform.
ContestPro lets organizers create judging contests and practice workouts, print judging cards, photograph completed cards for automatic scoring via image recognition, enter official placings and scores, manage rosters, and publish results. Coaches may claim published results for members of their program and view aggregated performance analytics.
When you photograph a judging card, the image is sent to a third-party AI service to read the contestant number, class number, and marked placing. This reading is automated and may occasionally be inaccurate — ContestPro shows a confidence level with each read, and low- or medium-confidence reads should be reviewed by a human before being relied upon. You're responsible for verifying scored results before publishing them.
Certain contests may require payment based on contestant count, as shown at the time of contest creation. Practice workouts are free. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or at our discretion. We may change pricing at any time; changes won't affect contests already paid for.
You retain ownership of the roster, contest, and scoring data you submit ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant ContestPro a license to store, process, and display it as necessary to operate the service — for example, showing published results publicly, or including a contest in your program's analytics. You're responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any information you enter, including information about contestants.
When an organizer publishes contest results or lists a contest in the public directory, information such as the contest name, date, location, and contestant names and scores may become visible to anyone with the link or browsing the directory. Organizers control when results are published and can unpublish them.

You may stop using ContestPro at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we believe pose a risk to the service or other users. On termination, we may delete your account data, though published results tied to a contest may be retained as part of the historical record unless the organizer removes them beforehand.
ContestPro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy of automated card reading, uptime, or fitness for a particular purpose. Scoring calculations are provided as a convenience — organizers remain responsible for the accuracy of official contest results.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Raypoint Innovations LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of ContestPro, including disputes over contest outcomes, scoring errors, or data loss. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll take reasonable steps to notify users, such as posting a notice on this page. Continued use of ContestPro after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict of law principles.
